(Try to) remove cryptocode from RAOP

According to an Apple engineer that I met a while ago, RAOP does not require cryptography. Encryption is just an option to keep the content secret from eavedroppers (to prevent bit exact copy of DRM'd iTunes content, I guess). VLC probably does not need that.

Besides, the private key has now been broken so confidentiality has become a moot point.

Thus, it would be nice to remove the cryptographic code from the RAOP plugin. It would be faster, simpler, and would lift the need the link the big libgcrypt statically.
