no cursor in ISO DVD menus

When opening some ISO files, VLC does not display a cursor in the DVD menu (thus making DVD menu navigation impossible).

This does not happen on all ISO files.

The ISO files which are affected DO play fine and have a menu cursor on my hardware media player (Western Digital TV Live).

I am not sure if you want me to upload a whole 4 GB ISO image, so please tell me what files (if any) to upload for reproducing the bug.
