audio stops working in resume after pause

System is Ubuntu 11.04 x64. Happens whenever I pause the stream (any kind as far as I tested, both audio and audio+video) or when I set a high value of audio-video time difference (normally, it would stop and resume immediately, but with 1.2 it doesn't recover). The only way to restore it is to reopen the audio stream (audio->track->disabled and then again audio->track->track 1) or the entire media. It's not related to the audio output module, ALSA PulseAudio and PORTAUDIO show the same behaviour.
