Font cache

Regularly, the user has to wait until "the font cache is rebuilt".

This is a very annoying phase and doesn't have to be, an improvement should remove this altogether to avoid the long pauses.

Note: platform is set to Win32 but actually is Win64. Same problem observed on Win32 too, but in an older version.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
