Don't keep VLC on top when paused

I am very impressed with how much VLC has improved. I'm perfectly willing to pay for this fine product and I will. However, there is ONLY one feature I find lacking at this point which was in GOM Player which I used to use and love.

Simply have the "always on top" preference only apply while a movie is playing. When it's not playing it acts like any other window.
