Window of menu "Effects and Filters" (Ctrl+E) doesn't fit with the classic layout of Windows dialog box

The submenu "Effects and Filters" (Ctrl+E) doesn't fit with the classic layout of Windows dialog box (close button, border, edges etc).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
