Broken fullscreen controls with Oxygen style

VLC's fullscreen controls are missing the whole background when the Oxygen style is used. I don't know if it's a VLC bug or an Oxygen bug. I report it in both bug trackers for that reason but please be so kind that not both of you close the bug as invalid and blame the other party. :-)
