VLC 1.1.7 on Mac: RTSP protocol error

VLC 1.1.7 on Mac sends out an RTSP SETUP command that does not conform to the standard, it ends with CR LF CR (in stead of CR LF CR LF).

Apparently most RTSP servers don't care about this, but my sony SNC-DH220 does care, and it hangs.

I have tried the exact same with VLC 1.1.7 for Windows, and it does not exhibit this problem.
