ActiveX: stream not work after it's crash

if stream of vlc crash for any reason, start button couldn't boot up the streaming so in this case must restart the box for make webtv work. i mean it would be nice and necessary if change some code whenever starting stream ,first remove any buffering data and then it start streaming as when box is restart (from beginning) (or maybe in vlc, force streaming restart whenever crash)

if u want to reproduce webtv crash, as i test in windows, if u click more than 1 in stop stream in webtv it happened

BTW: if in pc use linux os and vlc streaming of webtv is much stable than use microsoft windows for webtv ( to stream from linux-receiver) so please pay attention on this combination (linux-windows streaming) with your next vlc release

note : i use application named Geckow webinterface 1.6.0.4 http://my.opera.com/LaneThe2nd/blog/ which use vlc to stream from linux-reciver (cuberevo or ipbox)<< Linux 2.6.23.17_stm23_A21-slobbie Stlinux (stapi) with sh4 >> for web browser are remotely connected to that (webtv) i also attached the script are use by geckow which used in webtv
