Color inversion Red / Blue with DisplayLink graphics card

Hello,

I recently added a "USB graphic card" branded by Kensington with a Display-link chip inside. This uses a framebuffer (provided by the linux kernel 2.6.36 in the "stagging" section) on which an X11 server runs (Xorg) with a depth on 16bits/pixels

On that screen the colors displayed during movie playback with VLC show strange colors, probably a color inversion between red and blue, green staying stable.

As this computer has a normal graphic card not affected by color inversion and that movies showed with "mplayer" don't show color inversion I guess the problem is on the VLC side.
