GUI TTL setting is ignored Windows 32 version 1.1.4

When setting up a RTP Multicast via the GUI, setting the IP TTL value in the GUI has no effect. Putting Wireshark on the output shows the IP TTL to be 1 irrespective of the value selected in the GUI. However,I have got the RTP multicast to work over my private IP Multicast router network, but I have to manually enter the ttl= into the generated string to get beyond the LAN. (I placed it between the multicast IP address and the port number.)
