LUA: title_n does not work

The title_n command (and probably title_p too) refuses to work with LUARC:

> title_n
Error in `title_n' /home/remi/videolan/vlc/share/lua/intf/rc.lua:411: attempt to perform arithmetic on upvalue 'offset' (a nil value)

even if the active media has multiple titles.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
