VLC "hangs" in tray after closing at "X"
After closing (exit) VLC by clicking the upper windows "X", VLC keep running (according to task manager) and with it's icon in the lower-right task tray (alongside the clock).
This condition prevents showing another video clip by usual double-click (VLC media extension - like *.avi)
Clicking the tray icon (Right or Left) quick flashes up some "windows" and removes the preventing "error" running VLC.
NOTE:
TEST SHOWS THAT THIS CONDITION IS NOT APPEARING IF VLC IS CLOSED FROM IT'S MENU (BY SELECTING MEDIA->QUIT).
Allso note, that this condition appeared after some versions back.
From this I guess that som clean-up / close envents from the "X" click are not handled fully/correct.
