REGRESSION: Flickering on CamStudio video

If I playing a video with the CamStudio Codec, the video is flickering.

On vlc 1.05 is all ready. On 1.05 it works all fine.

I've tested it with vlc 1.1.4 nightly and 1.2.0 nightly.
