Window resize annoyance

OS: Windows 7 Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a video file.
2. Resize the window so that it does not fill the entire screen.
3. Select the option to make the video Fullscreen.
4. Exit out of fullscreen.
   Regardless of the window size before, the window size is now as big as the screen, even though it's not maximized.
