Equalizer dialog reducing volume - Win32

VLC 1.1.2' equalizer dialog is reducing the volume when showed. To solve this issue one must click in some equalizer preset, as default preset, so the volume is adjusted to normal (in dB, but the volume bar stay above the medium position).
