Fullscreen controls got lost after tweaking toolbar

Steps to reproduce:

1. clean ~/.config/vlc/

2. run VLC and go to View menu -> Customize Interface

3. delete from there e.g. Playlist button from Line 2

4. open a video, toggle fullscreen and move mouse over the bottom of the screen

Expected results:

controls appear

Actual result:

controls aren't visible
