an option to ignore the scroll wheel when the pointer is over the seek slider or volume control

There is already an option for x-axis control, so this would be for y-axis.

At the moment the mouse wheel adjusts the volume as well as playback position. Having the mousewheel inadvertently change position can be quite annoying.
