Video will not return after minimizing to taskbar

Reproduction:

Run a video with "always on top" on "Single Instance Mode"
Stop the Video
Minimize it to the taskbar
Start a new video by double clicking on it in your fileexplorer

Result: The Sound starts Playing but the video is not returning to the screen. Clicking on the vlc symbol in taskbar will not restore the vlc gui to the screen. A complete restart of VLC is necessary
