DxVA ati 1.1.2: if GPU acceleration is activated playback is choppy but log didn't show dropped frames

If I enable GPU acceleration h264 video runs extremly choppy (cpu load 3%) but logfile didn't show dropped frames neither video nor audio.

Without acceleration is runs perfectly smooth (cpu load 45%).

graphic card: ATI with catalyst 10.7 OS: Win 7
