Preferences Dialog Windows too big when dpi setting is 125%(120dpi)

In Windows7 with 1280x800 screen and dpi setting=125%, the Preferences dialog windows is too big and cannot see all options.

This problem has been fixed in earlier version including 1.0.5 but just come back in 1.1.0.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
