Lua extensions: auto-load support

Active Lua extensions should show up on the Hotkey Preferences page, so you can assign a hotkey to opening/closing Lua extensions.

There's currently no way to activate an extension without browsing around in the View menu.

This would make Lua extensions much more usable.
