QT4: Effects Spatializer doesn't apply in VLC 1.1.0

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=78383

One cannot enable Spatializer filter with QT4 interface by using Tools -> Effects and Filters. Pressing it on doesn't have any effect (message log also stays silent). Tested with VLC 1.1.0 under Win32.

With VLC 1.0.5 sound got modified and message log showed messages like:

spatializer debug: Opening filter spatializer ../../../.././modules/audio_filter/spatializer/spatializer.cpp Open 135

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
