Default encoding for greek subtitles is wrong

When "default encoding" is set to "auto" in Tools -> Preferences -> Subtitles & OSD, and the user tries to open a greek subtitles file, VLC produces gilberish instead of Greek.

User must change it manually to ISO 8859-7.
