Short audio dropouts with certain network streams

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=78147

With VLC 1.1.0 some network streams cause short audio dropouts about every 5-25 seconds. VLC message log complain something like

main debug: audio output is starving (166000), playing silence
main warning: audio drift is too big (-120500), clearing out
main warning: timing screwed, stopping resampling
main warning: buffer is 38331234000 late, triggering upsampling
main warning: mixer start isn't output start (-36864)

when this happens. Tested under Win32. (works fine on VLC 1.0.5)
