Fullscreen control through http interface doesn't toggle fullscreen

Version 1.1.0 The Luggage tested on Mac OS and Windows

the fullscreen command through the http interface puts VLC into fullscreen, but doesn't toggle it back to normal mode when sent again.

using command requests/status.xml?command=fullscreen
