add fstatvfs support

Some operating system support the IEEE Std 1003.1, 2004 Edition XSI Extension fstatvfs (e.g. Solaris, NetBSD). The attached patch adds support for this to vlc-1.0.6.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
