DVB-T behavior is broken

Version used: vlc-1.1.0-rc3-20100615-0203-win32 Program cannot be selected. Adding :program=xxx in the "Edit option" in the DVB Direct show capture window results in no video window just the time slider moving. Program must be selected manually from the "Playback/Program" to open window and show video. In 1.0.5, video window starts correctly whatever program id is selected.
