TS file not played with native TS demuxer (NO PCR MISSING PCR)

I have a recorded file from my PVR which wont play with vlc-player.

In detail: ALL recordings from the PVR are working except those from

one specific transponder (MTV, Viva, Comedy Central) but these

recordings are playing well with Media Player Classic and Windows Media Player.

I tested it with version 0.9.8a, 1.0.5 and 1.1.0-RC.

1.0.5 and 1.1.0-RC just play nothing

but 0.9.8a plays the video-part of the file but no audio-part.

I made a short recording(~5 sec.) and put it on my webspace:
