Dvb-t ":program=" option does not work anymore with Mozilla plugin or playlists

Open dvb-t media behaves differently from 1.0.5 version.

Using vlc-1.1.0-pre2-20100415, opening a dvb-t capture in 1.0.5, specifying ":program=" does not work anymore.

Note this seems to work with standalone vlc version.

I have placed a test html file which works in previous version.
