WMV over RTSP stream show only artifacts

The following streams:

display mostly artifacts. Seems to be a decoder problem because we can see parts of the video.

This was tested with Vlc 1.0.5 on Linux x64 (Mandriva Linux 2009.1).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
