Win32 Regression: VLC 1.1.0 H.264 decoding artifacts with DR

Tested on Linux Debian and Windows XP both 32 bits versions.

VLC v1.1.0 is showing artifacts with some H.264 files whilst VLC v1.0.5 is playing them properly.
