Win32: Red colors are pixelated

VLC 1.0.5 and VLC 1.1.0-pre1-20100331-0111 don't decode red colors correctly (tested under Win32). When http://i966.photobucket.com/albums/ae147/napx/bbt_wmp12.png is opened in VLC, it shows up like http://i966.photobucket.com/albums/ae147/napx/bbt_vlc105.png that (red jacket shows pixelation).

It isn't VOUT related since all VOUTs seem to have this issue.
