File MRL in wxW GUI.

Currently the gui add " arounf the file name when you use the browse button and a space is a separator between file. That's fine and consitent with the shell usage. But it's not really practical if you past a file name (with spaces)

A solution could be to assume that when unquoted we have only one file name or try to look for a '.ext'

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
