Use modern Info.plist method for declaring NPAPI plugin info

VLC's NPAPI plugin on OS X appears to use the old resource-based method of declaring its handled MIME types, rather than the modern Info.plist approach based on the WebPlugin* keys: http://developer.apple.com/Mac/library/documentation/InternetWeb/Conceptual/WebKit_PluginProgTopic/Concepts/AboutPlugins.html

This plugin is one of a small number that hasn't switched to the newer method. Once browser vendors remove support for the legacy methods (and I know that both Chromium and the Mozilla browsers would like to do so in the foreseeable future), it would no longer be loaded.
