aout_FindAndRestart crashes PulseAudio output

Changing the OSS or ALSA output device inconditionally calls aout_FindAndRestart(), which restarts the playlist's audio output pipeline.

This appears to crash if the current output is PulseAudio. This is possibly a bug in the PulseAudio output, but I would not be surprised if this was a race in the audio output core.
