a52 over spdif

when im tring to watch a dvd using a52 over spdif on windows 7 64bit i was using 1.0.3 and i had it set to waveout it allmost work but it sound like my computer is to slow to play it but bit also why dose not detect 5.1 i also tryed using 1.1 doing the same thing same thing happened
