autodetect subtitle file option not working on win32 1.1

Autodetect subtitle file not working. Option is set in preferences. Tested against win32/trunk-20100111-1822 with .srt file.

Problem seems to be VLC does not check the input folder where File, Open or Drag & Drop pointed to but instead always checks the default VLC folder:

main debug: looking for a subtitle file in C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\

Adding the .srt manually works OK. Autodetect option works as expected in 1.03.
