Transcoding fails when special chars are used in filename or in path

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/posting.php?mode=reply&f=14&t=65458#pr218311

Then one does transcoding with special chars (like ü) in filename or in path, the transcoding fails because file cannot be created.

Problem seems to be that charset is converted incorrectly at some point (compare jürgen between lines 1 and 2).

qt4 warning: Transcode MRL: sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp2v,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=mpga,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=ts,dst='C:\jürgen\t.mpg'}
