start-time parameter is ignored on first play of mp3

When starting a mp3 file using the --start-time parameter, vlc ignores the start-time and begins at 00:00. But if you press stop and play again, the start-time is used correctly. Starting a video that way doesn't show this problem.

  1. cmd: vlc.exe "[path to .mp3 file]" --start-time=30

-> VLC opens and starts at 00:00

  1. press stop and play

-> VLC starts at 00:30

Tested with v1.0.1!
