incorrect assumption that sys/mount.h means fstatfs exists

On Solaris, sys/mount.h exists but fstatfs does not. VLC 1.0.1 modules/access/file.c makes this assumption on line 56; deleting the "#define HAVE_FSTATFS 1" allows the source to compile.
