rtsp stream out with mosaic, audio problem

Hi,

sometimes when i use rtsp to stream from mosaic, I have no audio I need to start/stop source and/or clients

I think vlc server did not catch what it should sometimes

I added error.log, I proceeded like that :

1. server started
2. client connected
3. video source started => no audio on client side
4. video source stopped/started => still no audio on client side
5. stop/start client => got audio !
