VP6 decoding leaks memory (fast)

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=62776

VP6 decoding seems to leak memory (very fast in fact). Tested with VLC 0.9.9, VLC 1.0.0 and VLC 1.1.0 git-20090707-2205 under Win32.
