MPEG-1 video seeking is broken with some files

With VLC 1.0.0 (and VLC 1.1.0-git-20090707-2205) some MPEG-1 video files aren't any more seekable. When moving time slider with these files the image stays on last spot and doesn't update while audio works OK. Same files work in 0.9.9 and on other media players.
