VC-1 sample that crashes VLC 1.0.0

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/posting.php?mode=reply&f=14&t=61839#pr206455

There are some VC-1 videos inside WMV container that crash VLC 1.0.0. Same files work OK in VLC 1.1.0-git-20090707-2205. Tested under Win32.
