Switch interface and wxW 2.6.1

The "Switch interfaces" items in the "Settings" menu is not present when compiled with wxWidgets 2.6.1 (MSW, Gtk, Mac).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
