VLC ARM: Seeing Video Stuck When we do Hibernate

Hi Team,

I'm using my X elite Windows on Arm Laptop for running VLC 4.x Windows on ARm64 version. Here is the link for VLC 4.x Arm64 latest release I have tried the Hibernate scenario while playing the Video playback. Observation is when the device gets out of hibernate, we are seeing Video is getting stuck, but audio playback is fine. It is getting recovered if we pause and play the video. This is windows 11 OS, version: 24H2 [OS build: 26100.3037]

Can you please provide some input on the issue?
