macos 4.x: If frequently change the playback speed, the screen will freeze and the progress bar will move.

When playing a video on Mac using VLC 4, I switch the playback speed several times, and the picture freezes and the progress bar moves.After the playback stops, switch the progress bar again, the picture will change one frame and become still again.

This should be a problem that will occur. It is easier to reproduce when the video is longer.
