VLC 4: Add option to disable pause on image clicking

Pause on clicking is not for everybody and may introduce issues due to stream delaying when live streams like TV. Please add an option to disable pausing on image clicking.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
