Regression: VLC 3.0.21 no longer displaying media information from Opus streams; used to work in 3.0.20

After updating to 3.0.21, VLC is unable to show any media information encoded in Opus network streams. It used to work fine in 3.0.20.

Here is a screenshot an Opus network stream played by VLC version 3.0.20:

And here is the exact same Opus stream but played with VLC version 3.0.21:

As you can see, VLC 3.0.20 is able to show any media information encoded inside the Opus stream while for unknown reasons 3.0.21 is not.
